* Do I need to register with MultiSafePay? If the payment method MultiSafePay for the first time, you are asked to create an account. You can then log in to your MSP. Registration takes place on the left of the screen to "register". Are you already a customer of MSP on the right you can fill your login and password.

* I am International customer, how can I order? You too can easily join by PayPal log in using www.paypal.com. Then add your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal is a recognized global payment and ease on Ebay and use Marketplace.

* What are delivery costs? Delivery in the Netherlands is €1,95, Belgium € 4.95 and Germany €6,95. No matter the size of your order. For delivery outside these countries the costs are €9,95 or for some european countries €14,95. For delivery outside Europe we charge a higher rate. Please contact us.

* How fast does Andela PHARMA deliver? In the Netherlands within 1-3 working days. Most products are in stock and if you ordered before 12.00, your order will be shipped the same day.

* Where is Andela PHARMA located? In Sneek, Vuurvlinder 26.

* Do I get samples with an order? Yes, we provide samples with every order. If you have orderd more than € 60, = order, you wil get a deluxe sample.

* I want to write a product review. Where can I post? If you are on the product page of your choice, you can click the tab "Reviews" link.

* What are the terms? On the site under the heading Customer Service. You can easily download terms.

* Do you have SSL secure payment? Yes, we have. We also a member of thuiswinkel.org.

* Which company ships the packages? PostNL
