Ordering process

Step 1: Add Items to Cart If you have found the right product, click on the button "Order" under the photo of your chosen product. The product is added to your cart.

Step 2: Shopping Cart The product is added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or to checkout. To continue to complete your order click "checkout". If you want to add another product click the bottom of the screen, press 'Continue Shopping'. The other products remain in their shopping basket and when you look around the store.

Step 3: Overview Cart The button shopping cart is easy to find in the main bar. If you click it, you can always simply the contents of your shopping cart review and update. You will now see a list of all products in the cart are shown. This screen allows you to change the number or a product in your shopping basket removal.

Step 4: Register or login If you have already ordered please e-mail address and password to: "I already have an account. If you have not ordered, then choose "I am a new customer. Press the button "register".

Step 5: Fill in your contact information Fill in your contact information, and create an account. Then the next step in the screen to complete the address and shipping information.

Step 6: Address Stat Enter your address and optionally choose an alternative shipping address. Press 'next step' to the third and final step.

Step 7: Choose payment method Now you can choose the product with Ideal (Multi Safepay) wishes to pay, PayPal, COD or cash on pickup in Sneek. You can also details in the comments field to indicate with respect to the ordering. Around the order with a click on the button "place order"

Step 8 Multi Safepay If you have chosen to pay by Ideal (Multi Safepay), you will see the "Multi Safepay" payment screen. You can check the payment details. After you enter the Ideal screen of your bank. After payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. 

If you do not have an account with multi Safepay, then you can login and password once aanmaken.Uw information (except your password) are automatically transferred from Andela pharma. Do you already have an account with multi Safepay, you can log in directly through the known password.

Step 9 Order completed Once we have processed your order and payment, you will complete your order status. Your order will be as soon as possible given PostNL. In case of cash and pay cash on pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with  status that we have received your order and details.
